The RPM shipped with SLES 10 (postfix-2.2.9) does not support MySQL
account info.

emh1:~ # postconf -m
btree
cidr
environ
hash
nis
proxy
regexp
sdbm
static
unix

On the postfix.org site there is a source RPM package (postfix-2.4.3)
for RedHat based systems. I have made some modifications to it to
support SLES10. I am now testing the binary RPM I built.
