I was going to suggest downloading the Firmware Maintenance CD, but the
latest version of that was released before the NC510x firmware update and
that update doesn't appear to be on the CD. I guess you could either wait
for the next Firmware Maintenance CD assuming it provides an offline update,
or otherwise you could try calling HP support.
