Subject: [suse-sles-e] /etc/hosts alias overwrite

SLES-9 SP3

We have /etc/hosts entry that looks like:

192.168.1.1 server_name server_alias_1 server_alias_2

If we go into YAST2 and update the ip of the server, we end up with:

192.168.1.2 server_name

We lose all of the aliases. Is this a bug or a configurable item? something
else ?
