I was having the same problem - turns out my company's proxy cuts
downloads off at 2 GBs.

I had to do it at home.
Have you tried wget?
wget --user=username --password=password 'path to iso'
to get the path hover over the download button and do a right click
and copy the link location. Note that Novel uses some heavy
redirection so the url for the iso is very, very long.
To do it in background add a -o=log-file-name after wget and a & at the end -
wget -o=log-file-name --user=username --password=password 'path to iso'
It took forever but worked for me -
