Subject: [suse-sles-e] Best option for rpm sources to rebuild on SLES 9

Hi

We are getting some errors with a PHP application and are told by the
developers that this is due a bug in the SLES 9 PHP version.

We only use PHP in this SLES 9 for this application.

so we think the best option for use is to upgrade to PHP 5.

Is possile to use opensuse or suse professional source rpms and rebuil it
under SLES 9?

or is better to download sources dicrectly from the PHP site and compile it?

if rpm sources could be used, wich version of opensuse or suse professional
whould be the best opton?
