In SLES9, I sliced together 4 1TB volumes of the Areca card via LVM.
(too bad this driver will only be available in SLES10SP2 http://
www.areca.com.tw/news/2007/n0102.htm)
I haven't had a chance to try with SLES10. But it seems the problem
is still there.
I don't know what is more frightening: the 3.6GB LVM or the same as a
single formated LUN (how do you enlarge _that_?).
What do you need it for, BTW?
cheers,
Rainer
