Linux in general has issues with partitions > 2 TB. You can have a
single logical RAID 10 disk that's 2.8TB, but I would otherwise split
things up a bit in this case. Probably make a small /boot and then
look at separate partitions at least for /, /opt, and /home. You may
even want to consider a partition for /var.
