1) As I know, XEN can run unmodified Windows if using modern Intel or AMC
CPU-s.
2) XEN can do a lot - they can do drivers (and they dont need MS in this
case) which works fast in PV.
SO that you add these drivers as a thrt party CD or just install them after
installing windows.
3) Main problem is not INSTALL but MIGRATE EXISTING SERVER.
I will test it al in the next few weeks (completing our oracle/clustering
project).
