Subject: [suse-sles-e] Can't mount floppy drive

Hello everyone. I have a newly imaged SLES 10 SP1 box with no updates
(as of yet, that is). At any rate, I mounted the floppy drive
successfully right after I installed the OS via "mount /dev/fd0".
However, ever since I un-mounted it, I can't re-mount it, even as root!
Both "mount /dev/fd0" and "mount /media/floppy" yield the following
error message...

"mount: you must specify a file system type"

/etc/fstab reads...
/dev/fd0 /media/floppy auto noauto,user,sync

Has anyone else out there come across this? FWIW, the floppy disk I'm
trying to access was originally formatted in Windows. Many thanks.

John Bown
