Errm yes, agree.. But: even if support can't do very much, in this
particular case

shows me, there's also a problem with ticket handling.

OT:
I opened a ticket because of a system crash a couple of weeks ago. I
didn't even expect much of a result, but support needed sth. like >10
days to tell me that the system is not properly patched (sles9-sp3
default kernel -244) and that HP-MC/Serviceguard also taints my kernel
with Novell's unsupported flag. So better not rely on them.
