    Well i got a mandrake kernel rpm to boot on our SS5.

    The problem with mandrake is their organisation of multiple platforms is
    totally screwed, hard to find consistent information about anything.
    You go to the download page and is says 7.0 is available for alpha, you
    go to the ftp site and it has something else etc etc

    And then there's the mandrake 7.2 vs mandrake corporate server 1.0
    issues.
