I downloaded lx_sus22 for the Sparc and the compilation went fine and I
ended up with vmlinux(1986k). I copied this to "/boot" and added the
following lines silo.conf:-
image=/vmlinux
label=new
root=/dev/sda2
I then rebooted and at the silo prompt typed new. The screen the went
white with a few lines of text about memory, prom and cpu and promptly
locked at the line saying testing posix using something I can't remember
what. I suppose I'm doing something really silly. Any ideas, BTW its
2.2.17 not 2.2.18 as stated, maybe I should try 2.4.0test11.
