an error occured during installation

Subject: an error occured during installation

    hi

    every time i install suse7.0 yast exit after copying a few packets with an error.

    on konsole 2 is the following output
    <error open output file detail:0 file:systemcmd.cc line 542
    <errorcode that yast returned 256 (errnr. 4)

    i have an sparcstation lx with only 8MB ram but manually i have activated same swapspace befor beginning the insallation.the cdrom is set to 512byte/sector and the scsi-bus is terminated.

    what can i do instead to buy more ram.
