Tried 1.2.2 and 1.1.6 but neither worked. Looks like it expects 64-bit
binaries on my machine because it looks for a path called
"../sparc64/..".
The path to the binaries is set correctly ("which java" gives the right
path) but if I try something like "java -v" the following message
appears:
"/usr/local/jdk116_v4/bin/../bin/sparc64/green_treads/java file not
found"
The bin/ directory has a sparc/ sub-dir and the binaries found there are
32-bit.
Even when I go into the directory where the actual binaries reside (not
just the links to the wrapper) and try a "./java" an error message is
displayed.
Depressed but not giving up yet :-)
