If it's really important to your kids, try to change the default desktop to
the old KDE (if you installed it!).

Oh no! I upgraded from SuSE 7.0 Sparc to SuSE 7.1 and while I'm glad to have
KDE 2, my kids can no longer find kpacman, Maelstrom, etc. on the "big K"
start menu.

The games are installed, just not on the start menu. How do I configure it
and
didn't there used to be a find application utility? (Maybe that was RedHat
6.0?)

Thanks for your help with this very important problem...
