    Hi list,

    I'm able to boot a SunBlade 1000 with the same boot CD I tried with the
    Blade 100. I'm getting through to Yast, but Yast can't recognize the
    graphics card and therefor is in character mode and the installation can't
    find the FibreChannel internal disk.
    But at least I'm getting further than on the Blade 100, so anybody have an
    idea what the problem on the Blade 100 might be?

    I have d'loaded the 7.3 ISO images and try to install them on a SunBlade
    100, Xpert 3D lite, 512MB RAM and standard internal DVD ROM. After "boot
    cdrom" at console I get the usual messages, but after "Remapping the
    kernel...done. Booting Linux...." there is some activity on the DVD and then
    nothing. No reaction on <STOP-A>, nor keyboard power off. Only pressing the
    powerswitch for a few seconds will help.
    I'm new to this list, but browsed through recent archives and didn't find
    anything that helped me.
    Suggestions??
