The SuSE FTP servers seem to be struggling under the load at the moment,
and many of the mirrors have only partially succeeded in getting ISO's
for 7.3. I gave up on the SuSE servers, and successfully downloaded
the Sparc 7.3 ISO from ftp://ftp.mirror.ac.uk/. I don't know whether
you'll get a great connection from wherever you are, but it is a pretty
big UK mirror site.
