    Hi guys!

Can anyone help me? I have 3 weeks of working to setup
a vpn server (Suse 7.3) on SunBlade 100 with
    pptp+ppp+mppe

    I'm using this:
    ppp-2.4.1
    kernel-2.4.16 patched with
    linux-2.4.16-openssl-0.9.6b-mppe.patch.gz (from
    mirror.binarix.com/ppp-mppe/)
Also, gcc and egcs works fine, this means I can
succesfully compile the kernel and the modules.

The problem is, when I'm trying to load mppe.o module
    I got this:

    ccvpn:/usr/src/linux # insmod ppp_mppe
    Using
    /lib/modules/2.4.16/kernel/drivers/net/ppp_mppe.o
    /lib/modules/2.4.16/kernel/drivers/net/ppp_mppe.o:
    unresolved symbol __floatsidf
    /lib/modules/2.4.16/kernel/drivers/net/ppp_mppe.o:
    unresolved symbol ppp_register_compressor
    /lib/modules/2.4.16/kernel/drivers/net/ppp_mppe.o:
    unresolved symbol ppp_unregister_compressor
    /lib/modules/2.4.16/kernel/drivers/net/ppp_mppe.o:
    unresolved symbol __adddf3
    /lib/modules/2.4.16/kernel/drivers/net/ppp_mppe.o:
Note: modules without a GPL compatible license cannot
    use GPLONLY_ symbols

Do you have any ideea what I'm missing?!?
ps: I've tried also with kernel 2.4.7 and nothing
    now...just the same error.
    Thanks!

    =====
    George, dear!
