    ok sorry i forgot to wrote about it but i have already disabeld the nvram
    use. But anyway are some ideas where i can find help or how to solve the
    problem?

    set-default nvramrc should also clear the NVRAM.

    You can disable the NVRAM script execution upon power-up with
    setenv use-nvramrc? false
