Before I start getting into the dirty details of problems I like to know if
anyone has had problems with attempting a kernel build for sparc64?
The lighter side:
If I attempt to do:: make menuconfig, config, xconfig, etc I get as far as
the scripts directory and as soon as it tries to build the cfparse (confv:
) I get standard lib error's from the cc compiler.
Platform: U60 with SMP (dual 360's) and 512Mb mem. (Yes... my little monster:))
There appears tobe some locked dependencies for sparc32, but I'm unclear if
this should give problems on this platform. I did not wish to start
tearing thru the source and building a structure tree until after I have
determined if someone else already has had this little problem.
