Heh... you make it sound like Sun just tossed it out the door and are
not continuing development on it, which I believe that they are most of
the work being done on it currently. At any rate, Donald... the source
is available both as a tarball and via cvs from openoffice.org ... it's
possible it was down due to something like a dead router, or the server
losing power due to a California power outage, or whatever. I, and some
others, have attempted building it on SPARC/Linux (and other Linux
ports) without much success. As soon as I can produce a usable build,
I'll have it packaged for SuSE/SPARC.
