    Hi,
    I'm running the Suse 7.1 with a Yamaha CDRW and trying to burn some CDs.
    I my old system with 7.0 worked perfect, but for the first time I tried
    to use the cdwriter with the new system, it hangs.

    I installed now the xcdroast, but when I try to use cdrecord or
    xcdroast, the system hangs (under root!).
    Some idea ?? for me, everything is well installed, but ...

    thanks for "any" help (my backups should be in CD!).
