    Hmm, bugs like this can be tricky without a full understanding of the
    workings of KDE.

    I would delete your KDE config, that often fixes bugs like these.

    mv ~/.kde/share/config ~/.kde/share/config.bak

    Your application data (sticky notes etc) will be safe as these are
    stored in ~/.kde/share/apps

    If that fails, try the KDE lists.
