Greetings,
I have an Ultra 2 (one 300mhz w/512mb of RAM). I wanted to install 7.1 on
it. I downloaded the iso's a few months ago and tried an install last
night. The CD booted the installation program, but when I chose either
installing with YaST1 or YaST2 I got an error message. The message was
brief an non descriptive saying that an error had occured. Installation
was terminated.
I don't think that having 512mb of RAM should be a problem. Has anyone
seen this before. Sorry I don't have more detail, but I couldn't see where
any log had been writen to memory. Thanks for your help.
Bob
