it seems like suse does not publish x86 isos any longer.
(at least i found a .txt on the ftp.suse.com webserver saying so)

Hey all, I was just wondering if anyone could tell me if and where there
are nice suse iso's for the x86 platform. Its so convenient having them
for sparc but I can not find them for x86 anywhere. If they're not
available can someone point me to the best place for learning to do an
install, perhaps the suse-x86 list, I can't find much on doing an
install or creating your own cds on the suse website.
