    Yes, there is: Start YaST2 (than you will get the YaST2 control center)
    or look in the KDE controll center for the YaST2 modules.

    In the rc.config Editor you can enable or disable the daemons (inetd,
    httpd, ...) and with the YaST2 inetd editor you can enable services
    in /etc/inetd.conf.
