    Subject: Hello out there

If anyone out there has a few moments of spare time to lend to a real linux
novice, my ears are open and listening. I am trying to install the Suse
Sparc V7.1 on my Sun Ultra 1 Creator workstation. I downloaded the #1 iso
image file onto my NT server and created a CD using Adaptecs Easy CD Creator
software doing a create CD from CD image option off of the pulldown file
menu. Examining the disk it appears to have been created ok, however, it
will not boot when I try to use it on the Sun workstation. Where am I going
wrong? I have other CDROM system disk that boot up just fine on the Sun
workstation. I know the drive and the rest of the workstation hardware are
ok. Any guidance would be most appreciated.

    Thanks,

    John
