Subject: installation 7.1 failed at hardware scan at SS20

hello together,

i am running suse linux 7.0 sparc edition on my sparcstation 20 it works fine.
but now i downloaded the images for 7.1 burned them to cd and tried to install
them. on my sparcstation 5 the installation was very easy but on the SS20 it
stops when it scans for hardware at the beginning of the installation. the SS5
has got 2 internal SCSI-disks and an external SCSI-cdromdrive. the SS20 has one
internal sd one external and an internal cdrom-drive. may that cause the
problems??
