    I'd suggest simply plugging a 25pin serial cable with null modem adapter
    to a PC running CRT or Hyperterm or something...

    Without a monitor it will default to using the serial ports as a console.

    Watch it boot up... it should give you much more of an idea as to what
    kinda machine you have in the banner if not explicit.

    You mentioned it has 3 S-BUS slots, but i dnot see those on your text
    backplane diagram :( does it have any MBUS slots? I'm guessing not if you
    didnt see any obvious cards that looked like CPUs. That narrows it down a
    bit.
