    This female 26-pin connector is the AUI output of the internal 10Mbit
    ethernet interface. The adaptor seams to be an AUI-to-BNC-Transceiver.

    The other possibility is to connect the SS20 to your network using TP
    pluged into the RJ-45-connector. But this is physiclaay the same device
    as the AUI, so you must not connect cables to both AUI/BNC and TP.

    If you have a second RJ-45 connector, this could be an additional NIC
    plugged into an SBus Slot. Have a look into your SS20 and find out. This
    device can be used to connect to a second network.
