I think that is a phisical disk problem, but you can try to use fdisk
utility, when you instal SUSE, you can swith to a console with bash prompt,
ALT+F2 or ALT+F3, ecc. Run "fdisk /dev/sda" or "fdisk /dev/sdb"; sda is the
first scsi disk and sdb the second scai disk. With this utility you can
create and delete partition. I prefered use fdisk because is more faster
then Yast or Yast2 disk partitioning gui.
The second step try to instal in one only disk .... or try switch sda with
sdb.
