SuSE Users:
If one rebuilds the kernel using the following methodology:
make mrproper
make xconfig
make dep && clean
make bzImage && make modules && make modules_install
Normally at this point (on my Dell 8100 laptop) I would issue
the command:
make install
However this command seems to be conspicuously missing. What do
I do to finish the installation of the kernel into the /boot directory?
What files must I copy and / or modify to effectuate the completion of
the new kernel installation?
