Subject: [suse-sparc] switching to console

Hi!

I'm new to linux on suns, so this may be a very stupid
question (but I have to ask, because I have no answer :( ).

If I try to switch to a console with ctrl+alt+F1
(F2,...) my sun box completely hangs up. I can't kill
the X-Server, the only solution is logging in via ssh
from another pc and initiate a reboot. kill -9 and
such commands don't help.

I guess, I'm using the wrong keys...the sun box is
a Ultra 10. Or is something misconfigured?
The distri is a SuSE 7.3 sparc with a standard office
installation.
