The other machine have the semply sun lance 10 Mbits and it work brilliant!
THe problem of sun Happy meal is semply that the host that i wont ping is
    Unreachble !
But now listen , if i type tcpdump ,the host with next ip address becames
avalable , but it not all , infact the really problem is that also if i type
tcpdump i still can' t reachable the gatway of my network tath have still
the same kind of ip address, and i can't go on the web or other application
    that need internet connection !
I've made the same kind of installation for both machine, the same kind of
pubblic internet address, and i 've also repeat the istallation of
incriminated computer , but the result is always the same i can't go further
    than my gatway !
I've tried to recompile my kernel and i've add the proper driver for sun
happy meal , and when the computer start anythig appear ok! the ethernet eth0
is up , the kernel probe the network card, and all service is up network,
    rcroute ecc.
I dont have any rule or policy for firewalling ! I' ve tried with also a RED
HAT distibution but the problem is always the same !
Have someone an idea about my problem ?
    Thank's a lot Gianfranco !
