Howdy fellas.
I've just installed SuSE 7.3 on my Ultra 5. I would like it to replace
my x86 internet firewall (using German T-DSL). I already noticed that
the T-DSL support wasn't working, rp-pppoe was a fine alternative.
However, I would like to use the same firewall configuration as on my
x86 box (also SuSE 7.3), using the firewall2. The big problem is, that
the iptables-commands issued by the firewall scripts hang. It will get
1/2 way through and then just hang (using the exact same configuration
as on x86). I didn't find anything useful in the mailing list archive or
on google either :(
After that (i.e. killing the firewall script w/ SIGKILL), even a
"iptables -L -nv" will hang.
Any ideas or pointers from any of you?
Muchas gracias in advance!
Cheers,
Jochen Toppe
