Subject: [suse-sparc] Java on SuSE 7.3 Sparc64

    Hi,

    Have finally managed to install SuSE 7.3 on my Sun Ultra 5. Has problems
    with the Type 6 Keyboard and GB Language settings but got them sorted in the
    end, except can't seem to get the cursor keys to work (the numeric key pad
    ones work fine) and ideas would be much appreciated.

    But anyway thats not what I'm mailing about - I'm wanting to get Java running
    on the system but can't seem to find a copy which will install on SuSE
    sparc64, I had hoped it was on one of the 5 CD iso's i downloaded but I can't
    find it. Can anyone please help, is there anyone who has Java running?

    Also does anyone know if it's possible to get Open Office 6.0 to rununder
    SuSE Sparc64?

    I really don't want to go back to Solaris!!
