SuSE 7.3 will not (yet) support the UltraSPARC-III+ ... davem recently
got his hands on one and came with a patch for it. Debian has a
(supposedly) working boot image.
Your best bet for installing SuSE 7.3 would be to build up your own
netboot image and install the distribution packages by hand... but
that's semi-time consuming. So, other than that, you can just wait for
SuSE 8.1 ...
