Subject: [suse-sparc] useradd problems

    RedHat allows you to pipe a password into useradd by using the --stdio
    switch. SuSE 7.3 for Sparc doesn't permit this option, nor does it appear to
    present one similar. Could anyone suggest an alternative that allows a script
    (PHP shell_exec()'ing bash, but that should be immaterial) to create a user
    account and set its password?
