There is an SMP kernel provided with 7.3 - it is a 2.2.n version. The 2.4.n
kernel choice with SuSE 7.3 is 'uni'processor for SPARC.
(Further, my understanding is that better minds than mine have tried to
compile the 2.4 kernel for SPARC and have had no luck).
But you will have no problems with 2.2-SMP; this is the one we use in a
multi-processor (ROSS) SPARC.
