Subject: [suse-sparc] Elite 3d installation

    Hi,

    I have an Ultra10 440 MHz with Solaris 8 & SuSE 7.3 dual-booting. I
    had been using the on-board graphics, but I just got a used Elite 3d m3
    UPA card (just the card, no manual or anything with it), and I'm trying
    to get that working.... But so far no luck. I'm new to Sun hardware
    and the Sun Way of Things(TM).

    Are there any PROM settings that I need to change, or commands to probe
    for the new hardware, or what? I see a lot of info about PCI probing
    etc., but I haven't found the info I need re: UPA. I'd like to get the
    card working under Solaris and Linux, but I'm primarily interested in
    Linux...
