    Pardon my intrusion...but isn't the Elite3D UPA?
    I have managed to change the primary display via 'nvalias' at the OBP when
    UPA and PCI grpahics cards are present...is that of any interest?

    i've never tried to use both. But imho there is a way to give the primary
    display as an OBP parameter?!
    You should disconnect the old monitor at first. Are the afb drivers for
    solaris
    installed? The afb config prog is "afbconfig".
