Mr. Gerber:
In reference to the below entitled message, we have been having
similar problems, however we get about 10 to 14 hours out of the ULTRA-5
before it needs a reboot.
Did you ever find a resolution to this issue? It seems our
problem is quite similar.
Very Respectfully,

Subject: [suse-sparc] Sun Happy Meal interface on Suse 7.3
Hello,
I have a Sun Ultra 1 creator with an integrated Sun Happy Meal Ethernet
interface. I installed Suse 7.3 and found that the interface dies after
about an hour. Once I restart the box, the Ethernet card is working
again.
After one such occasion, I shut the system down to the OK prompt and
typed
"watch-net-all" and I found that it works fine. Previously I had Solaris
8
on the system and the interface also worked fine.
Anyone out there with any help?
Thanks
Regardless
Xavier Gerber
