Daniel,
here is my output fom lsmod:
Module Size Used by
ppp_deflate 43376 0 (autoclean)
bsd_comp 4136 0 (autoclean)
ppp 26264 2 (autoclean) [ppp_deflate bsd_comp]
slhc 4448 1 (autoclean) [ppp]
dbri 16192 0
audio 19412 1 [dbri]
ipv6 117116 -1 (autoclean)
sg 14752 0 (autoclean)
but as Thorsten points out - it won't show up here,
(i really had no idea it wasn't a module, it worked so i didn't ask) i used
yast2 for install, and i honestly don't remember choosing the kernel, but
after the initial boot i was returned to yast2 to configure the hardware, and
there was no problem
detecting the lance port.........i have installed 7.3 several times on this
box (for various reasons, most to try and fix my eratic mouse behavior in X)
and one time i did the install w/ yast1, (yast2 crashed for some reason) eth0
worked then also.
