Suse-Sparc 7.3 on an Ultra10 Multiprocessor
Have d/l'd the Star Office for Linux files from Sun.
Try to run the so-5_2-ga-bin-linux-en.bin in console and it just sits there.
Tried to kick off from double clicking in Konquerer, and it wants to know
what I want to open it with.
Do we have a conflict here between files for the OS and the hardware it
expects to run on? Had that with VariCAD - VariCAD runs famously on SuSE
7.3 on Intel but wouldn't run on SuSE-Sparc on the Ultra 10.
Any one that can help me try to build an rpm, will try and report back.
