As a Follow-up, some of the shared libraries for the themes
in /usr/share/themes were installed.
only metal, notif, pixmap, raleigh, and redmond95
thinice is missing, dont remember what else...
Not sure what CD they should-be/are on, so I just rm -rf'd the themes
that weren't working.
