    Sorry Thorsten but....

    You are wrong!
I spoke about official Kernel Patches (from Kernel.org) to fix bugs and
not about "bug fix patches", what ever this be or what ever you mean.
This Discussion (and the doing behind, with always new Handycaps) is very
    Timewasting!

Some People (Ed, me and maybe ohters) search a Way to compile a newer,
    better
Kernel to fix Errors and use more Performance based on Your SuSE 7.3
    Distribution.
I am wondering, why it is realy nessesary to explain this to You, Mr.
    Ultrasparc!
You tell us 2 Weeks in smal Pices, whats not going or only half truths.
    But...

    PLEASE!

Tell us an exact way to get a running 2.4.14-Kernel (i need SMP too) on
    Sparc 32-Bit and
how to apply the next official Patches on this to follow the actual
    Developments.
And if this is impossible, tell us exactly why.

And please you do not misunderstand me continuously! Thanks...

    Rolf
