I think, i am mostly uptodate.
This is my actual config. (Suse 7.3 Sparc installed with ISO's
and updated with the SuSE updates form ftp.gwdg.de.
            gcc 2.95.3 with cpp 2.95.3
            egcs 1.1.2
            make 3.79.1
            binutils 2.11.90.0.29
            glibc-devel 2.2.4
            patch 2.5.4
            elf2aout 2.3
            e2fsprogs 1.24a
            modutils 2.4.11
            reiserfs 3.x.0k_pre9
            lvm 1.0.0.2_rc2
            util-linux 2.11i
            silo 1.2.3
            kernel-source-sparc32 2.2.20.SuSE
            k_smp 2.2.20

The last rpm was my Installkernel, now i'm using a compiled Version form the
    Source.
Reiser, LVM, Quota and ext3 isn't used but in .config enabled

    Your RPM's
            util-linux-2.11n
            reiserfsprogs-3.x.0k-pre10
            silo-1.2.4
            e2fsprogs-1.25
seem to be newer than RPM's on my Box.

Can you mail me this 4 RPMs and i will try if this changes the Situation?
And which Version of egcs do you running?

My next step past this will be to downgrade to gcc 2.95.2

    Best Regards
    Rolf
