No. The Toshiba XM-4101B is definitley SE. I have NEVER seen an HVD or LVD
CD-ROM. The internal SCSI bus on the SS20 is SCSI-2 SE, 10 MBps.
The only SS20/SS5 to see a 4x drive was the not very common Aurora 2 chassis
in which the thin CD-ROM and standard floppy were replaced by a standard
sixe CD-ROM and a slim floppy. The nice thing about them is that you can put
as fast a CD-ROM as you can find inside. The case is physically different
and the lid is also different. All SS4/5/20 with the aurora (original style
case) were 2x Toshiba XM-4101B.
I am of course assuming that you know the difference between SE, LVD and
HVD.
