Oops, it appears I got NetBSD and FreeBSD confused. If I am right
this time, the *BSD situation is like this:

      - NetBSD: sparc and sparc64 ports (http://www.netbsd.org/Ports/sparc/
           and http://www.netbsd.org/Ports/sparc64/)
      - FreeBSD: no usable ports
    (http://www.freebsd.org/platforms/sparc.html)
      - OpenBSD: sparc and sparc64 ports (http://www.openbsd.org/sparc.html
           and http://www.openbsd.org/sparc64.html)

    Sorry for any confusion.
