What did you use to burn the ISO image to a CD? Most Windows
software f*cks up by creating an ISO image of the ISO image,
so when you mount it, all you get is one huge file.
Try using cdrecord to burn the CD, as this expects a premade
ISO image unlike most proprietary Windows CD burning software.
(A Windows version of cdrecord is available).

If the CD is OK (ie. you see a bunch of files when you
mount it either under Windows or Unix), then you
might need to type "boot cdrom" at the PROM console.
Assuming an Ultra 5's PROM is ike a SparcStation 5's...
